◇ The systems § 003

Keep the trade. Lose the paperwork.

CraftOS The back office every company runs on

It quotes, schedules, invoices, chases receivables and posts job ads. It runs on Compound, our AI automation tool, so the same quoting, payroll and collections run across every company without adding office staff. You can use it without selling a thing. see § 006.

Quotes & estimatesDrafted from the site walk, priced from your own history.
Scheduling & dispatchOne board. Every crew. No double-bookings.
Books & payrollReconciled nightly. Payroll runs Thursday, not Sunday.
Hiring & marketingAds posted. Applicants checked against ticket requirements.
Note 3.1 Nothing goes to a customer until a person approves it. The system earns more rope one task at a time.

Procedure 6.3 · How a build goes
01 · Watch

A day in your office.

We sit with whoever does the paperwork and see how it really runs.

02 · Pick one

The job that costs the most nights.

One tool first. We don't sell you a system you didn't ask for.

03 · Build

Trained on your jobs.

Your prices, your suppliers, your way of doing it. Runs next to what you already use.

04 · Run it

You approve. It learns.

It drafts, you sign off. It only does more once it's been right long enough.

Built by

People who run electrical and landscaping companies.

Runs on

Compound: our AI automation tool, the same one our companies run on.

Your data

Stays yours. Leaves with you if you go.

Pricing

Scoped per build, once we've seen the problem.

◇ Ownership § 007

There's more than one way to work with us.

Partner, sell, hand it to the next person, or just use the systems. The owner who's been at it thirty years and the apprentice who started last spring both have a way in.

◇ The first call · § 008

You'll talk to someone who's run a crew.

The first call is with one of us: someone who has owned and run a trade business. No analysts, no brokers, no deck. We'll tell you inside one call whether there's something here. If there isn't, we'll say so and you'll have lost thirty minutes.

From our operating notes On what comes next

“AI won't do the hard work for you. It just makes sure hard work wins. We build our tools from years on real jobs, and we're obsessed with getting better at our craft.”

◇ Worksheet § 009

What shapes the number, before there is one.
